E-Learning Programme
A practical, organisation-wide eLearning experience designed to make inclusion everyone’s job
Rather than leaving allyship to a handful of champions or HR teams, it gives people across your organisation the understanding, confidence and practical tools to recognise exclusion, consider different perspectives and become upstanders rather than bystanders.
Designed for scale, it helps organisations build a shared language and consistent everyday behaviours that strengthen belonging, trust and collaboration. Most importantly, it helps people find their own why: understanding what allyship has to do with them, their colleagues and the culture they help create every day.
Built to change behaviour and embed inclusive culture across your organisation, Mobilise has launched its e-learning programme across organisations and it’s available now.
Inclusion is everyone’s job, but how do we scale it? It’s a question we’re often asked. You can’t build an inclusive culture from the top down. Culture is created in thousands of everyday moments. So this shift is about inclusion not just being another initiative. but part of how we all do our jobs.
We often get asked by leaders in our workshops ‘how can my team do this?’ or ‘We should be rolling this out organisation wide’. Scaling allyship organisation wide is one of the challenges and critical success points for building inclusive cultures and our elearning programme aims to deliver on that.
A powerful learning framework
The Activating Allies Framework gives learners three questions they can use for the rest of their career. Ko wai au, Ko wai koe, Ko wai tātou.
Mobilise recognises that everyone brings knowledge, experience and identity into the learning space. Our programme is facilitated through the being, knowing and doing framework.
Practical activities, reflection and learning that give low-barrier activities to start immediately, build habits, embed behaviour change - and activity sheets to use independently long after the programme ends.
Grounded in evidence, Mobilise is designed for the people who aren't sure where they fit - not just those already committed. With a globally recognised research base, without being too academic.
Learner outcomes
A clear personal why in their own reason for inclusion - in their own words, not a corporate statement. Confident DEI literacy - Diversity, equity and inclusion as distinct concepts applied to everyday decisions. And one specific commitment per framework question - concrete, personal, actionable.
